From the South:
Head North on Route 7 to Falls Village. Take right on Route 126 and follow to end. Take a right on to Route 63. Take first right on to Music Mountain Road. Mad Hatter Farm, 135 Music Mountain Road, is approximately 1.5 miles on the left.
CSA stands for Community Supported Agriculture. This is an arrangement where individuals buy into a farmers' harvest at the start of the growing season and in exchange receive a share of the harvest. Shares are distributed each week throughout the season.
At Mad Hatter Farm, we take our produce seriously. All our plants are grown from certified organic seed and we use certified organic compost. We do not use synthetic fertilizers or pesticides, and much of our produce is pesticide-free.
Mad Hatter Farm, owned and operated by Jeff and Alix Townley, is an all natural vegetable farm located in Connecticut’s Litchfield Hills. We practice sustainable farming, using no synthetic pesticides or fertilizers. Our goal is to produce fresh, delicious vegetables and fruits of the highest quality for ourselves, our neighbors and the community.
