Creamy Swiss Chard Pasta

Quick, easy and tasty. A great way to eat swiss chard!
Ingredients:
1 lb Swiss Chard
Ingredients:
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
Ingredients:
2 Garlic Cloves
Ingredients:
1/4 cup Onion, chopped
Ingredients:
2 large Tomatoes, chopped
Ingredients:
1/2 cup Sour Cream or Plain Yogurt
Ingredients:
1/2 cup low-fat Milk
Ingredients:
1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese
Ingredients:
8 ounces Fettuccine Pasta, cooked
Ingredients:
Salt and Pepper 1. Wash Chard, cut into small pieces
2. Heat oil in large 2 quart saucepan over medium-high heat, 1 to 2 minutes
3. Add Chard, Garlic and Onion; cooking 1 to 2 minutes, stirring occassionally
4. Add Tomatoes, Sour Cream (or Yogurt), Milk, Parmesan Cheese and cooked Fettuccine, Salt and Pepper to taste; stir well
5. Serve warm
